2025 NZQA Catch-up Cafe: second session
NZQA partnered with the dispute resolution scheme operator, Study Complaints, to deliver three webinars to tertiary providers in August. The webinars explored how providers can take their learner complaints policies and processes as required under the Code and use them to support a robust, responsive learner complaints process across an organisation. Roy Rodriguez will briefly recap what was covered in the webinars, share some insights gathered, and provide an update on how NZQA handles concerns raised by learners.
