ISANA NZ Regional Professional Development (PD) Days are a variety of in-depth workshops developed in response to training and networking needs in the international education sector.  This includes workshops on:

  • Building cultural literacy and intercultural skills in educational contexts
  • Managing students’ mental health needs
  • Developing strategies for improving orientations, student engagement and Code of Practice self-review
  • Designing volunteering programmes for international students to enhance employability
  • Clarifying professional boundaries and self-care for stretched frontline practitioners

Such tools will assist you in supporting yourself and your students throughout the different stages of the international student life cycle.
